Sandown's Sarah Drabwell & Coral's Simon Clare | The Jockey Club

Coral has renewed its sponsorship of the G1 Eclipse Stakes for another five years through 2030. Friday marks 50 days until the 2025 running of the race at Sandown Park.

Already the longest-running Pattern race sponsorship anywhere in the world, this year's contest, with a boosted purse of £1 million, will be the 50th running under the Coral banner.

Simon Clare, Coral PR director, said, “We are immensely proud to have sponsored the Coral-Eclipse Stakes for 50 years and thrilled to be announcing the continuation of our partnership with Sandown Park and The Jockey Club for another five years, with the new record £1 million prize-money in place for the race.”
