American Pharoah Draws Post Four

Triple Crown winner American Pharoah (Pioneerof the Nile) will face a field of seven for Sunday's GI Haskell Invitational H. at Monmouth Park. The colt, who will be making his first start since his romp in the June 6 GI Belmont S., drew post 4 and is given the 1-5 morning-line nod. Trainer Todd Pletcher has three entered in Competitive Edge (Super Saver), Nonna's Boy (Distorted Humor) and Dontbetwithbruno (Tiz Wonderful). Competitive Edge is cross entered in the Jim Dandy. The other competitors include GII Lambholm South Holy Bull S. winner Upstart (Flatter), who will be making his first start since finishing 18th in the GI Kentucky Derby, Belmont third-place finisher Keen Ice (Curlin), GIII Pegasus S. winner Mr. Jordan (Kantharos) and Top Clearance (Majestic Warrior).
