At the conclusion of the Wanamaker's October Sale, a total of 26 horses went through the digital ring for a gross of $397,750, which included the site's second highest priced horse sold, the online auction said in a release late Thursday. The catalogue for the Wanamaker's October Sale is now online and can be accessed at wanamakers.com. This edition of the sale features 47 hips, including in-foal broodmares, open mares, racing prospects, yearlings and weanlings. Among the horses catalogued are: Sweet Lady Brown (Constitution), a 5-year-old broodmare out of a half-sister to GI Belmont S. winner Palace Malice, offered in foal to Maximus Mischief.
