2025 TOBA Educational Clinic Schedule Announced

The preliminary schedule for the 2025 Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) educational clinics has been released, the group revealed Monday. The events will feature an assortment of topics for prospective, new, and established Thoroughbred owners and breeders. A breeding clinic will be hosted May 30-31 in Lexington with host farms including Airdrie Stud and Shamrock Glen in Woodford County. Additional farms and veterinary clinics will be announced in coming weeks. 415 U.S. Graded Stakes Slated for 2025–14 Fewer Graded Races, One New Grade I

The American Graded Stakes Committee of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association presented its listing of U.S. Graded and Listed Stakes Races for calendar year 2025, the results of its annual grading session conducted Dec. 16 and 17. The committee reviewed 957 U.S. stakes races with a purse of at least $75,000, and assigned graded status to 415 of them, 14 fewer than were graded in 2024, and listed status to 210 races.
