Racing Together Industry Day To Return In February

The Racing Together Industry Day will be held at Chester Racecourse on Feb. 8, the organisation announced on Wednesday. The 2024 edition will take place at Chester Racecourse and will consist of a variety of speakers from both within and outside the racing industry. Racing Together Hosts Record Day

A record 75-plus employee teams from across racing volunteered in their local communities, volunteering 700 hours for over 40 charities, making it a record year for the May 25 Racing Together Community Day. A wide range of racing organisations signed up for the fifth Racing Together Community Day, engaging with the communities in which they operate in a number of ways. Record Participation For Racing Together Community Day

The Racing Together Community Day was held on Thursday, May 5 and featured a record level of participation. The event, on hiatus due to the pandemic since 2019, is an opportunity for a range of racing businesses and charities in the UK to engage with and support their communities through local volunteering activities. Yorkshire Racing Launches 'Beacon' Programme

Go Racing and Racing Together have launched the Yorkshire Racing Beacon Programme, a series of community-driven events that support local communities. The initial event, held at Wetherby Mar. 31, centered around WiSE, Wetherby in support of the Elderly. The Yorkshire Community Beacon Programme will include a range of activities, including college visits and art projects, behind-the-scenes racecourse experiences and internships. Racing Together Launches Third Webinar of Series

A webinar titled "The power of sport to help people: what did we learn from racing's response to Covid-19 in support of communities?" was launched by Racing Together on Thursday. British Racing Survey Launched

A survey, which aims to create a source of information and inspiration for people in the industry and to showcase the scale and value of racing's contribution to wider society, was launched on Wednesday. Racing Together, The Racing Foundation, and Godolphin-with the help and support of industry leaders--will manage the resulting directory, which will include the work that racing people and organisations across Britain are doing in areas of education and community development.
