The GII Pennine Ridge S. at Belmont was downgraded to a Grade III event after coming off the turf last Saturday, according to a TOBA release. In accord with American Graded Stakes Committee policy, the July 11 GIII Robert G. Dick Memorial S. won by Gentle Ruler (Colonel John), scheduled for the Delaware Park turf course but switched to the main track, was automatically downgraded to listed status and was conducted as a listed stakes race.
