Choeur Du Nord's Fee Set At Haras De Ligneres

Rising jumps sire Choeur Du Nord (Fr) will stand his second season at Haras de Ligneres in 2024, the Jour de Galop reported on Wednesday. The 11-year-old will stand for an increased fee of €6,500. Previously a resident of Elevage Lassaussaye Guillaume from 2018-2022, the bay has been represented by 11 black-type horses over jumps. A dual winner from three starts, the stallion's book will be limited to 130 mares.

First Foal For Latrobe

G1 Irish Derby hero Latrobe (Ire) (Camelot {GB} welcomed his first reported foal at Haras de la Tuilerie on Tuesday. The colt is out of Singuna (Ger) (Black Sam Bellamy {Ire}), who was a winner in Germany and is a half-sister to German listed winner Sarabia (Ger) (One Cool Cat). Latrobe, runner-up in the G1 Irish St. Leger and G1 MacKinnon S., stands at Haras d'Etreham's National Hunt stud Haras de la Tuilerie for €4,000.

Dee Ex Bee Joins Arctic Tack Stud

Derby runner-up Dee Ex Bee (GB) (Farhh {GB}--Dubai Sunrise, by Seeking the Gold) will stand his first season as a National Hunt stallion alongside Jet Away (GB) (Cape Cross {Ire}) at Arctic Tack Stud in Ireland.
