Litigate (Blame), winner of last month's GIII Sam F. Davis S. at Tampa Bay Downs, is off the GI Kentucky Derby trail, according to Daily Racing Form. Owned by Centennial Farms, he most recently worked four furlongs in :50.52 at Hall of Fame trainer Todd Pletcher's Palm Beach Downs base Feb. 24.
