A memorandum of agreement, with an eye toward improving the Thoroughbred industry through collaboration, has been signed by the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) and the International Thoroughbred Breeders' Federation (ITBF), the two organisations announced on Thursday. Attended by 23 of its 25 member countries, the programme included visits to all the leading Newmarket stallion studs, as well as two equine veterinary hospitals.
