The 2022 Danish Oaks will be sponsored by Irish Thoroughbred Marketing in partnership with Klampenborg Galopbane. Held on Sept. 4, 2022, the ITM Danish Oaks is one of the flagship races on the Scandinavian calendar. The initial session of Irish EBF Barrier Trials gets underway July 5 at Dundalk Stadium. Beginning at 1p.m. (local time), a total of 10 Trials are scheduled, comprised of tests for unraced 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds over five-seven furlongs. The first winner of Horse Racing Ireland's IRE Incentive Scheme in Britain was Imperial Fighter (Ire) (The Gurkha {Ire}) in the British European Breeders' Fund EBF Maiden S. at the Qatar Goodwood Festival on Saturday.
