After an investigation by Sam Houston Race Park and the Texas Racing Commission into a mandatory "Pick 5" payout after race 10 on Apr. 3, it was determined that only tickets holding five out of five of the winners were paid and no consolation payout was given to those holding tickets with four out of five winners.
