Jockey Robbie Dunne's appeal will be heard on Mar. 30. The appeal is against the findings of and penalty imposed by the independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority after a hearing last year regarding Dunne's conduct toward fellow rider Bryony Frost. Paul Struthers will stand down from his role as chief executive of the Professional Jockeys Association after 10 years in the position.
