Uncle Mo's Salahudin Dominates Ellis Park Juvenile

Salahudin, who broke his maiden going 6 1/2 furlongs of the Ellis oval July 17, dominated the Ellis Park Juvenile Stakes as the 6-5 favorite. The bay colt, allowed to settle into stride from the gate, rushed up three wide to press the pace down the backstretch as the quarter went up in :23.21. He took control on the far turn, was clear through a half in :45.81 and sailed home a much-the-best winner.
