Jacob Pritchard Webb's charity ride has reached the finish post, but the donations keep coming in since the conclusion of the three-day event Saturday afternoon which began July 7 at Cheltenham. The Newmarket Heath Ride is scheduled for Sept. 6, Racing Welfare announced on Tuesday. The charity fundraiser will be the first in-person event since the coronavirus pandemic began. Entries will open on Aug. 10, with a 150-rider limit and close on Aug. 31. The sponsored ride starts and finishes at Newmarket's July Course and offers participants rides over eight, 15 or 20-mile routes.
