Engelbrecht-Bresges Appointed New VP of IHSC

The International Horse Sports Confederation (IHSC) General Assembly has unanimously elected Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges as the new IHSC Vice-President. Engelbrecht-Bresges had previously served as the standing representative of the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) in the IHSC General Assembly. Governing Bodies Develop Horse Movement Proposal

A proposal on cross-border horse movement between EU Member States and Britain once the latter exits the European Union has been sent to Michel Barnier, the European Commission's head of task force for relations with the United Kingdom; and to Lord Frost, the British Prime Minister's Europe adviser and chief negotiator of Task Force Europe.
