HEROS Announces Collaboration with New Retraining and Riding Academy of the JCSA

HEROS, the UK-based charity dedicated to the retraining and rehoming former racehorses, has announced a new collaboration with Saudi Arabia's recently established Retraining and Riding Academy. The programme has been set up by The Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA), under the guidance of Dr Francesca Compostella in her role as Executive Director of Veterinary and Welfare within the JCSA and Saudi Equestrian Authority. Grace Muir, founder and CEO of HEROS Charity, received her MBE from Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal at St James's Palace on Thursday, January 29. Grace Muir Heads Winners at the 2025 RoR Awards

Patron Zara Tindall opened the 2025 Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) Awards at Cheltenham Racecourse on Saturday in a ceremony which also celebrated RoR's 25th anniversary, honouring a quarter-century of transforming the lives of former racehorses.
