The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) has named three new members to its Next Generation Advisory Group in Chris Moore, Chance Moquett and Blake Sims who will join the 20-person group, according to a press release from the regulator on Thursday. The additions replace outgoing members Eric DeCoster, Tyler Gaffalione and Courtney Reid.
