An Eisaman Equine-consigned filly by Silver Deputy out of Daisy Dukes (Ghazi) got the OBS February Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training off to a fast start Tuesday afternoon. The first horse to go under the hammer, the attractive dark bay filly was knocked down to Buzz Chace for $520,000. The New Jersey-based bloodstock agent signed the ticket for West Point Thoroughbreds and John Williams. ﾓShe had a long stride and just moved beautifully over the racetrack,ﾔ explained Chace. ﾓShe was a nice, good-sized filly with a good attitude. I thought weﾒd probably get her for a little bit less.ﾔ
