Holy Cow Stable LLC's Seneca Park (Golden Pal) was made just a 12-1 chance on the morning line for Friday's fifth event at the Peapatch despite some promising drills at Churchill Trackside, but was ultimately dispatched as the 3-1 favorite with the late scratching of Stonestreet's would-be pick Kilo Juliet (Life Is Good).
Fastest of all from the machine beneath Brian Hernandez, Jr., the $70,000 OBS March breezer took some mild pace pressure to her outside from longshot Mon Moment (Tiz the Law) through an opening couple of furlongs in :21.82. Going nicely on the swing for home, Seneca Park was asked to kick in upper stretch and quickened nicely to put four lengths on her rivals at the wire to become a crop-leading 13th winner for her freshman sire (by Uncle Mo). The debuting Olympic Belle (Olympiad–Arrifana) won a photo for second over Godolphin's Hazel Martyn (Good Magic).
Also the dam of the stakes-placed Wow That's Hot (Flameaway) and Nicky Two Shoes (Vancouver {Aus}), Wendy Wow is represented by a yearling Up to the Mark colt and a colt foal by Charge It. The mare was most recently covered by Corniche.
