Godolphin picked up where they left off yesterday when going to 1,600,000gns to secure Kildaragh Stud's Sea The Stars (Ire) filly during Thursday's session at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale. Lot 325, a full-sister to the G1 Prix de Royallieu heroine Sea Silk Road (Ire), became Godolphin's sixth yearling bought for more than a million at this year's sale, with the others including Wednesday's top lot, Grangemore Stud's full-sister to Charyn (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}) who fetched 2,900,000gns.
