+COME DANCING (f, 2, Malibu Moon–Tizahit {GSW, $195,307}, by Tiznow) took a good deal of money and drew off late to a first-out victory at Aqueduct. Coming off an above-average series of works, including a bullet five furlongs in 1:00 2/5 on the Belmont training track Oct. 1, the homebred was bet down to 5-2 as part of an entry and sat third on the outside tracking the speed of Speighty Girl (Speightstown) through a :23.30 quarter and a half in :47.35. Sidling up to the frontrunner three deep at the top of the lane, Come Dancing appeared to be hanging a little bit in midstretch, but gradually edged clear approaching the sixteenth pole and drew off late to a 3 1/2-length score. The winner's dam captured the 2009 GII Demoiselle S. on this oval. She is responsible for a colt by Ghostzapper who sold for $230,000 as a short yearling at KEEJAN this year and foaled a Speightstown colt this spring before returning to the former sire. Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, $36,000. Click for the Equibase.com chart or VIDEO, sponsored by Fasig-Tipton.
