+LINDEZA (f, 2, Harlan's Holiday–Favoritism, by Tiznow), sent off at 3-1, settled well off the pace as favored Devoted One (Broken Vow) zipped through fractions of :21.83 and :44.97. Still eight lengths back turning for home, the bay filly found her best gear in the final furlong, rallying strongly along the rail to nab the favorite on the wire to graduate by a half-length. Lindeza, a $95,000 FTKJUL yearling, sold for $500,000 after working a furlong in :9 4/5 at this year's OBS April sale. She is the first foal out of the unraced Favoritism, who was purchased by co-breeder George Bolton for $160,000 out of the 2010 Keeneland September sale. The mare produced a filly by Candy Ride in 2014, a filly by Quality Road in 2015 and was bred back to GI Belmont S. winner Union Rags.
