A full-sister to Japanese Horse of the Year Forever Young (Real Steel) arrived at Northern Farm on March 25, the farm posted on X. A bay just like her famous older brother, the filly is the eighth foal out of Congrats mare Forever Darling.
Forever Young, also a champion in the U.S. after taking the 2025 GI Breeders' Cup Classic, has won two editions of the G1 Saudi Cup among his four victories at the highest level. He was third in last year's G1 Dubai World Cup, and breaks from post six in the 2026 edition on Saturday.
GII Santa Ynez Stakes heroine Forever Darling has produced five winners from six to race. Besides the G1 Tokyo Daishoten hero, she has been represented by G3 Artemis Stakes heorine Brown Ratchet (Kizuna). Her three-year-old Epiphaneia filly Darlinghurst broke her maiden on Valentine's Day, the same day Forever Young added his second Saudi Cup.
Forever Darling also has a two-year-old colt Young Rich (Rey De Oro), who has yet to race. He sold for ¥300,000,000 ($2.027 million) during last July's JRHA Select Sale to Fujita Susumu.
… pic.twitter.com/qlQ0vfHJf6
