Fasig-Tipton has catalogued 262 entries–including GI Hopeful Stakes winner Nutella Fella (Runhappy)–for its August Digital Sale which is now open and will close Tuesday, Sept. 1, beginning at Noon ET.
The winner at 2 of the Hopeful upstate, Nutella Fella (hip 2) placed at 3 in the GI Woody Stephens Stakes over the same dirt surface where he posted a 96 Beyer.
The current 5-year-old is being offered during the online sale as a stallion prospect by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent.
“Nutella Fella's strengths are his speed and precociousness during his career,” Taylor Made Account Manager Alex Payne told the TDN. “He was undefeated as a 2-year-old and won a Grade I during that same campaign.”
Payne said that it makes sense to offer Nutella Fella on the Fasig-Tipton digital platform because a global buying bench will have access.
“He gives stallion farms around the world the chance to stand a top-level winner by a Breeders' Cup champion sprinter,” said Payne. “It's hard to get a Grade I winner at 2 on your farm, and this gives anyone an opportunity to acquire him.

“Don't forget that in his juvenile year he beat Timberlake, and was only beaten just over a length by Book'em Danno and Prince of Monaco,” he added. “He was a true racehorse and if you look at his physicality online you can tell why he showed speed like his father.”
The sale includes horses of racing age, 2-year-olds, racing/broodmare prospects and broodmares. The diverse catalogue also has mares with foals at foot, yearlings and weanlings.
“We have more than 130 horses of racing age catalogued, contributing to a strong catalogue that is 16 percent larger than last year's August Digital Sale,” said Leif Aaron, Fasig-Tipton Director of Digital Sales. “With racehorses available at a variety of price points and in a range of conditions, we encourage all racing stables to take a close look at the catalogue ahead of the lucrative upcoming race meetings.”
Other highlights from the catalogue are:
- Coal Battle (hip 22): 4-year-old who won the 2025 edition of the Rebel at Oaklawn Park, then hit the board in the GI Arkansas Derby. The colt is twice placed in four stakes this year and is consigned as a horse of racing age by Sean S. Perl Bloodstock, agent;
- Nimah (hip 1): 3-year-old graded stakes placed daughter of Gun Runner was a winner on debut at 2 and finished third in last year's GII Starlet Stakes. Consigned as a broodmare prospect by Margaux Farm, agent;
- Little Miss Vivi (hip 42): Daughter of Uncle Mo is a half-sister to the dam of Lovcen (Jpn) (World Premiere {Jpn}), who seeks to become just the ninth Japanese Triple Crown winner when he contests the G1 Kikuka Sho Oct. 25. She is offered in foal to Gunite by Legacy Bloodstock, agent for Tommy Town Thoroughbreds;
- Azimuth (hip 43): Daughter of City Zip is a half-sister to recent G1 Nunthorpe Stakes winner Bacio (Maclean's Music). Offered in foal to Pappacap by Four Star Sales, agent;
- Mares in foal to Army Mule, Bucchero, Citizen Bull, Complexity, Corniche, Elite Power, Fierceness, Forte, Greatest Honour, Gunite, Johannes, Kingsbarns, Mage, Maxfield, Newgate, Proxy, Raging Torrent, Speaker's Corner, Yaupon, and more.
