Joe Appelbaum and C. Steven Duncker have been elected to The Jockey Club as stewards, while Chairman Everett R. Dobson was reelected, according to an organization release on Monday.
Additionally, the new members elected for admission in 2026 are Machmer Hall's Carrie Brogden, owner Michael Dubb, owner and breeder Bob Edwards, owner and breeder Peter J. Fluor, Mt. Brilliant Farm's Greg Goodman, Lael Stables' Gretchen Jackson, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club President Josh Rubinstein, Taylor Made Farm's Mark Taylor, New York owner and breeder Jonathan Thorne, and OBS president Tom Ventura.

The remaining stewards are William S. Farish Jr. (vice chair), Gary Fenton, Terry Finley, Ian D. Highet (treasurer), Marc Holliday, Bret Jones, William M. Lear Jr. (secretary), David O'Farrell, and Vincent Viola.
