REALIZE CAMION (JPN) (c, 4, American Pharoah–Spiced Perfection, by Smiling Tiger) has amassed a record of 3-1-0 from five starts to date and makes his first start since recording a seven-length victory over the talented US-bred Rossiniana (Not This Time) in an 1800-meter allowance at Nakayama last September (see below, #3). The bay colt, a $1.2-million purchase out of the 2023 JRHA Select Yearling Sale. is the first produce for his California-bred dam, winner of the 2018 GI La Brea Stakes and the GII Madison Stakes the following spring. Spiced Perfection, bought back on a bid of $1.35 million at Keeneland November in 2019. Her two most recent produce are colts by Horse of the Year Equinox (Jpn) (Kitasan Black {Jpn}).
