War Front Colt Dominates the Star Appeal

Hit It A Bomb | Racing Post

Off the mark despite a wide draw over this trip on debut at The Curragh Sept. 27, Hit It A Bomb was a warm order to follow up in this first black-type test and justified cramped odds in style. Settled in third early, the bay was sent up to take over passing the quarter pole and surged to an emphatic success to open up Stateside options. “He's a very nice horse. He's come on well from his run at the Curragh and this race was important, as he'll learn from it as well,” Aidan O'Brien told Irish Racing Online. “He could go for the Juvenile in Keeneland. He has plenty of speed and you need to be quick around there.”
