Aaron Sones and Julie Gilbert's Trojan Nation (Street Cry {Ire}), most recently 16th in the GI Kentucky Derby May 7, will make his next start in the June 11 GI Belmont S. The Paddy Gallagher trainee will breeze Saturday at Santa Anita and arrive in New York either Monday evening or Tuesday morning. “He's scheduled to work tomorrow and will probably go either five-eighths or three-quarters, somewhere around there,” Gallagher said. “Once he's at Belmont, he'll gallop on the track and see the place.” Prior to his effort in the Derby, Trojan Nation, who is still a maiden came flying late to be a head second to Outwork (Uncle Mo) in the GI Wood Memorial Apr. 9 and odds of 81-1.
