Hull triumphed by 4 1/4 lengths sprinting over the main track at the Fair Grounds Feb. 7 (video). Pounded down to 1-20 favoritism in this second go, the dark bay pressed the pace in the opening quarter mile, took over after a half in :45.70 and galloped home the easiest of winners, scoring by 7 3/4 lengths over Go Getem (Posse). The winner was a $30,000 KEESEP yearling and $82,000 FTMMAY juvenile purchase. Connections said he will wheel back for the GII Coolmore Lexington S. at Keeneland Apr. 18, with both the GI Kentucky Derby and GI Preakness S. as possibilities after that. Lifetime Record: 2-2-0-0, $40,443.
