Stellar Result for Orb Colt; Brings $1-Million at KEESEP

Hip 844, a son of Kentucky Derby hero Orb, kept things interesting nearing the end of Wednesday's session at Keeneland, yielding a $1-million final bid. Eric Fein and Kerri Radcliffe Bloodstock teamed up for the purchase. The Valentine's day colt, who sold for $175,000 at this venue last November, is out of stakes placed Tally Ho Dixie (Dixieland Band), who is also responsible for stakes winnerand graded placed Kyriaki (Scatt Daddy). Consigned by Gerry Dilger's Dromoland Farm Inc. and bred by Copper Penny Stables, the youngster is from the family of three-time Grade I winning Stellar Jayne in addition to fellow Grade I scorer Starrer.
