A week on from Erasmus (Ger) (Reliable Man {GB}) establishing his dominion amongst the colts of the 2-year-old generation in Cologne's G3 Preis des Winterfavoriten, it is the turn of the fillies on Sunday as the G3 Ittlingen Preis der Winterkonigin takes centre stage at Baden-Baden. Clear best in the Listed Preis des Medienhauses DuMont Rheinland over 7 1/2 furlongs at Cologne last time on Sept. 23, Gunter Merkel's unbeaten Rock My Love (Ger) (Holy Roman Emperor {Ire}) is re-opposed by the runner-up Cabarita (Ger) (Areion {Ger}) and Barista (Ger) (Rock of Gibraltar {Ire}), who were three lengths and a further two lengths behind her on that occasion. Of interest is Gestut Wittekindshof's Hannover maiden winner Sword Peinture (Ger) (Peintre Celebre), but she has a mountain to climb to get to the level already set by the favourite.
