+ROAD TO VICTORY (f, 2, Quality Road&log=">Quality Road–Favoritism, by Tiznow) romped home the easiest of winners in her seven-furlong debut over the Woodbine lawn Sunday. The bay filly loped along easily on the lead, setting fractions of :23.87 and :47.76. She opened up on the field entering the stretch and toyed with her rivals before pulling clear effortlessly for a 3 1/2-length triumph. Auntie Katherine (Haynesfield) was second and Vivacitas (Bernardini) was third. A $25,000 Keeneland September Yearling purchase last fall for Tami Bobo's Secure Investments, Road to Victory was a $500,000 acquisition after working a furlong in :9 4/5 at this year's OBS April sale. She has a yearling half-brother by Union Rags who hammered for $130,000 to L&N Racing at Keeneland September. Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, $29,350.
