Barry O'Farrell has been named Chief Executive Officer of Racing Australia. O'Farrell, who has a strong background in public administration and financial management, served with distinction in the NSW parliament for 20 years, and was premier of NSW from 2011 to 2014, managing complex policy, legal and financial issues with a diverse range of stakeholders.
O'Farrell will take up the position in late January.
