Mshawish Season to be Auctioned at Night for a Cure

Mshawish

A 2017 no-guarantee season to Taylor Made Stallions' Mshawish will be auctioned off at a “Night For A Cure”, a fundraising event to be held this Sunday, July 10th at Fasig-Tipton in Lexington to benefit the Ann Hanley Parkinson's Research Fund. The event, organized by Fasig-Tipton, Coolmore America and WinStar Farm, is sold out.

The fundraiser is on the heels of next week's Fasig-Tipton July sale, and all proceeds from the Mshawish season auction and the event will go to the Ann Hanley Parkinson's Research Fund and its steadfast quest to find a cure for Parkinson's disease.

“Taylor Made and Al Shaqab Racing are proud to have the opportunity to support such a worthy cause by a longtime member of the Thoroughbred community like Ann Hanley and her tremendous efforts through Parkinson's research,” said Duncan Taylor, President & CEO at Taylor Made. “We are very excited about standing multiple Grade 1 winner Mshawish in 2017, and will have him on the sale grounds at Fasig-Tipton all day this Sunday so people can see just how special of a horse he is before we auction off a no-guarantee season Sunday night at the “Night For A Cure” event. We are hopeful we can raise a significant amount of money to benefit the Ann Hanley Parkinson's Research Fund.”
