  LONGCHAMP, 1.50, Cond, 34,000, 2yo, f, 1mT, 1:45.10, gd/sf

Plumania (GB), F, 2, by Anabaa

1st Dam: Featherquest (GB), by Rainbow Quest
2nd Dam: Featherhill (Fr), by Lyphard
3rd Dam: Lady Berry (Fr), by Violon d’Ingres (Fr)

Plumania shaped with promise when fourth behind "TDN Rising Star" Ana Americana (Fr) on debut at Deauville Aug. 5 and confirmed that initial impression with a performance that oozed class in this second go. Settled last of the five runners for the most part, the 1-2 favorite was coaxed along in early stretch and quickened smartly on the outside in the closing stages to easily account for Peach Pearl (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}) by much more than the official margin of one length would imply. The winner is half to Balladeuse (Fr) (Singspiel {Ire}), GSP-Fr. Lifetime Record: 2 starts, 1 win, 1 place, €20,400.
