Type: Latin food and Mexican dishes with great daily specials

I love Latinos. It’s one of the very few non-chain restaurants that has quality food and a good atmosphere. It’s got a very homey feel to it, and great food. They specialize in Latin food, but have Mexican dishes also. The daily specials are great. It’s a good place, a lot of local people from Ocala hanging out in there–bankers, everybody. If you come into town, you don’t want to eat at a chain, you want something with a local flavor. I always order the fish dishes. They have several grouper dishes that have different sauces. My favorite is tostada tropical, which has a mango salsa on it. I order it with the black beans, yellow rice, and salad a la casa.
