I’d have to say that even though it’s kind of generic, my favorite is the Bonefish Grill. I think they’re owned by the Outback Steakhouse people, but they do a great job. The fish is really fresh. The best thing about the Bonefish is that you can have whatever fish you want, and then get it broiled, grilled, sauteed or blackened.You also choose from different sauces and you can mix and match whatever way you like. They also have suggestions and specials every day. They do have some meats, but their main thing is fish. I like the swordfish and I always get it plain grilled. They also have great appetizers. If you like fish, it’s always fresh, and in the center of the state, you’re not always going to find that!
