Cafe Capriccio (Saratoga, NY - Dining)
26 Henry St., Saratoga Springs, NY Phone: 518-587-9463 Type: Excellent locally grown food for dining.
Cafe Capriccio just opened where Dine used to be. The food is excellent. I had terrific linguine with white clam sauce and maybe the best ricotta cheese cake that I have ever had. The owner, Jimmy (no last name), owns one of the best restaurants in Albany. He and his executive chef Henry were very friendly and appreciative of everyone there. Capriccio is big on using only local food; they make their own cheeses, pasta, etc.
