Patterned after New York Chinese restaurants, China Dumpling offers a wide variety of Chinese fare, also giving patrons first-rate Dim Sum. Rated in the top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA, China Dumpling is well known for its sticky rice in lotus leaves (roast pork, whole shrimp and sweet Chinese sausage bound between the nutty fragrance the steamed lotus leaves); Herbaceous shrimp and chive dumplings; and the house signature dumplings; dough packed with seasoned ground pork and cabbage (steamed or pan-fried). According to reviews, also worthy of note is the chow fun, offering more protein and veggies than noodles and the brown sauced beef and pepper chow fun. Lunch hours, including Dim Sum, runs from 11:30 a.m to 3 p.m., while dinner hours are from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
