Tramonti Ristorante in Delray Beach Florida is an offshoot of New York City’s Angelo’s of Mulberry St., in Little Italy. Gino Silvestri, co-owner of Angelo’s for over 40 years, created Tramonti with his son Marco. Tramonti serves local southern dishes from various locales around Italy, including Napoli, Carpi, Sorrento, The Amalfi Coast and the small Mount Vesuvio villages outside of the city center. The restauarant, which boasts its use of the freshest and best available products both locally and abroad, also features dishes from Venice, Roma, Milano Tuscany and the Riviera.
