It might be a bit of a drive for those staying in the Del Ray/Boca Raton area, but McLaughlin says its worth the drive to visit a few of the choice offerings in Wellington’s surrounding horse country. He offered, “It is a very popular chain restaurant in Florida, but I eat there often,” said McLaughlin. “I would suggest making a reservation. They’re known for their fresh fish and one of my favorite dishes is the Chilean sea bass.”
