This is one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Beach. They take Asian cuisine to a whole new level in a very sleek upscale venue. The sushi is unimaginably fresh (be sure to ask for plenty of the bluefin toro). For those that don’t mind looking their dinner in the eye, I highly recommend the crispy whole red snapper, which is served standing up, and looks as though it might swim off the plate. Before your meal, they will ask if you would like to pre-order one of their souffles for dessert. Don’t pass up this opportunity! No matter how much you’ve had for dinner, you won’t want to miss this. In season, you’re going to need a reservation, so call ahead.
