Type: A collection of Asian foods served family style

Sky, one of my favorite restaurants in Ocala, is also one of the newer ones in town. Conveniently located on the top floor of the new Holiday Inn near the intersection of Interstate 75 and State Road 200, it is only about five minutes from the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company. The menu is a collection of foods from China, Japan, Vietnam, Korea and Thailand. The food is served family style, so go with a large group so you can try more dishes from their extensive menu. The decor is modern, with a hip dance club feel to it. Somebody with a cowboy hat may look out of place in there, but they let me in anyways. They also have an excellent wine list and a large bar.
