The brother of Stephane Pasquier, France's top jockey in 2007, runs the show, and he is a talented chef who has met instant success with quality traditional French food. The beef filet is a marvel and the sea bass nearly reaches perfection. The wine list is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed.
