Trainer Todd Pletcher trained Wait a While to three Grade I wins, a $2.1 million bankroll and a title as champion 3-year-old filly. It appears he'll now train the brilliant gray's second foal, a daughter of Medaglia d'Oro named Wait No More, after signing the ticket Tuesday for hip 117 (walking video) for $1,575,000. That was the auction's highest price about a third of the way through Tuesday's second and final session. Three Chimneys Sales consigned the gray filly, a Mar. 10 foal, for breeder Arindel Farm. Arindel is owned by Alan and Karen Cohen, who acquired Wait a While for $260,000 as a juvenile-in-training and campaigned her.
