Ridden to close out wide on the home turn, the 5-1 second favourite rolled by stable companion Night Story (GB) (Shamardal) inside the last 100 yards en route to a length success. The winner is a half-brother to Sabratah (GB) (Oasis Dream {GB}), MSW & GSP-Fr, $165,478, and to Raw Impulse (GB) (Makfi {GB}), SW-Aus, $191,238. The dam, who was a useful sprinter, is a half to the G3 Fred Darling S. winner Sueboog (Ire) (Darshaan {GB}) whose son Best of the Bests (Ire) (Machiavellian) flew the flag for this operation when winning the G1 Prix d'Ispahan and G2 Prix Guillaume d'Ornano and placing several times in leading company. Her 2-year-old colt by Charm Spirit (Ire) was knocked down to David Redvers Bloodstock for 135,000gns at the Tattersalls October Sale, while she also has a yearling colt by Kingman (GB).
