Trained by Brian Lynch, the Amerman Racing homebred is out of MGISW Balance (Thunder Gulch), a half-sister to Horse of the Year Zenyatta (Street Cry {Ire}). St Elias Stable's Uncle Willie (Stay Thirsty), a $280,000 KEENOV buy, is one of several first time starts looking to open their account here. The half-brother to Midnight Storm (Pioneerof the Nile), a Grade I winner on turf and MGSW on dirt, is trained by Todd Pletcher, who also debuts Rind (Lemon Drop Kid) in this spot for Eclipse Thoroughbreds. George Arnold unveils Calumet Farm homebred French Command (War Chant), a half-brother to Canadian champion and MGSW Leigh Court (Grand Slam); German Group 3 winner King of Sydney (Diesis {GB}); MSW Barracks Road (Elusive Quality); and MGSP Star Hill(Elusive Quality). Brian Lynch sends out Silverton Hill's MEANTIME (Shackleford) in this career bow. The $230,000 KEESEP purchase is a half-brother to three-time Grade I winner Sweet Reason (Street Sense); and GSW and GISP Don't Forget Gil (Kafwain). This is also the first start for Sumaya US Stables' Wissam (Tiznow), the first foal out of GISW Jessica is Back (Put It Back). TJCIS PPs.

Vinnie Viola's St Elias Stables went to $850,000 to secure LET'SLEAVEITATTHAT (Bodemeister) at the 2015 Keeneland September sale and she makes her debut in this Oldsmar test for trainer Todd Pletcher. The bay is a half-sister to championa dn GI Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird (Birdstone); and three-time Grade I winner Dullahan (Even the Score). Drawn in the far outside stall in this 11-horse test, she enters off a half-mile bullet in :48 3/5 at her trainer's Palm Beach Downs base Feb. 13. TJCIS PPs.

Hall of Famer Bob Baffert unleashes Gary and Mary West homebred WEST COAST (Flatter) in this event. The $425,000 KEESEP buy is a son of champion 2-year-old filly Caressing (Honour and Glory); and a half-brother to a pair of GSP runners in Gold Hawk (Empire Maker) and Juan and Bina (Indian Charlie). “TDN Rising Star” DELTA PRINCE (Street Cry {Ire}) looks to make it two-for-two on the grass in this first try against winners. Third on debut sprinting over the Belmont main track Oct. 2, the Stronach Stables homebred improved to second going a mile on the dirt at Aqueduct Nov. 12 and broke through last time with a decisive four-length success when switched to the turf here last time Dec. 26. The final foal out of MGSW Delta Princess (A.P. Indy), the Jimmy Jerkens pupil is a half-brother to the late three-time Eclipse winner Royal Delta (Empire Maker); GISW Crown Queen (Smart Strike); GISP Carnival Court (Street Sense); and GSP Empire Way (Empire Maker). “It really looks like this race on Saturday is tough,” Jerkens said. “I know he figures to win it the way he ran last time, but this race is a little different scenario than last time.” TJCIS PPs.

Trainer Mark Casse could have a live one on his hands with first timer starter SOUPER TAPIT (Tapit). The Live Oak Stud homebred is the first foal out of Zo Impressive (Hard Spun), who won the GI Mother Goose S. for Charlotte Weber's operation in 2012. Zo Impressive is a daughter of fellow GISW Zoftig (Cozzene), a $1.5-million FTKNOV purchase by Live Oak in 2008 with Zo Impressive in utero. CONQUEST ARCHIE (Arch), a half-brother to GI Breeders' Cup Sprint and G1 Dubai Golden Shaheen winner Secret Circle (Eddington), debuts in this spot for new owner Nancy Pierce.
