The catalogue for the Goffs UK September HIT Sale, featuring 225 flat and national hunt horses-in-training, has been released. The Doncaster sale is slated for 10:00 a.m. local time on Sept. 6.
The talented De Bruyne Horse (GB) (Showcasing {GB}) (lot 97), who is consigned by Middleham Park Racing, anchors the flat offerings. Fourth in the G2 Railway S. at The Curragh on July 1, the Richard Hannon trainee landed the Listed Prix des Jouvenceaux et des Jouvencelles at Vichy on Aug. 5. The bay is entered in the £300,000 Listed Goffs Premier Yearling S. at York on Thursday and is rated 101.
“2017 has been a very good year on the track for our Horses-in-Training Sales with winners at Royal Ascot, the Cheltenham Festival and other major meetings around the world and they stand as a reminder that our HIT sales regularly deliver top level results,” said Goffs UK Managing Director Tony Williams. “We have a number of high quality entries across both flat and national hunt codes and it's particularly pleasing to have large drafts from Gigginstown House who will stage their annual dispersal, Godolphin and Middleham Park to name just a few.
