Galileo Filly Brings 2.1 Million at Tattersalls

A filly by Galileo (Ire) drew the eye of MV Magnier bringing 2.1 million guineas to take the lead at Tattersalls on Thursday. George von Opel's Westerberg was also in on the chestnut, who is the top-priced filly of the three-day stand. Bred and consigned by Barronstown Stud, lot 525 is out of US MGSW Quiet Oasis (Ire) (Oasis Dream {GB}), who was also runner-up in the GI Gamely S. at Hollywood Park. Champion and successful sire New Approach (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) is from the same family.
