Dark Angel (Ire) once again provided the highlight at Goffs UK's Premier Yearling Sale on Wednesday as the sire of the sale-topping colt (lot 448), who was picked up by Peter and Ross Doyle Bloodstock for £280,000. Consigned by Highclere Stud, the colt is the first foal out of Swiss Dream (GB) (Oasis Dream {GB}), a stakes-winning half-sister to group winners Swiss Diva (GB) (Pivotal {GB}) and Swiss Spirit (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}), their dam being the stakes-winning Swiss Lake (Indian Ridge {GB}).
